Feinschnitt Q1

Glattschnittanteil > 0.8
(d.h. der Glattschnitt hs beträgt mehr als 80 % der Gesamthöhe s)
(Rauhtiefe = Rz 30-40 µm ≙ Ra 10 µm)

Beim Feinschnitt werden die Verfahrensparameter so eingestellt, daß die Kantenqualität sehr gut wird. Der Glattschnittanteil ist sehr groß, die Kanten sind nahezu rechtwinklig.

Standartschnitt Q3

Glattschnittanteil = 0.5
(d.h. der Glattschnitt hs beträgt mehr als 50 % der Gesamthöhe s)
(Rauhtiefe = Rz 100 µm ≙ Ra 25 µm)

Halbe Trenngeschwindigkeit

Der Standardschnitt ist gekennzeichnet durch gute Kanten- und Eckenqualität bei wirtschattlich sinnvoller Schneidgeschwindigkeit.

Trennschnitt Q5

Glattschnittanteil > 0.2

Trenngeschwindigkeit = maximale Schneidgeschwindigkeit

Der Trennschnitt ist ein geschwindigkeitsoptimierter Schnitt, bei dem die Verfahrensparameter so gewählt werden, daß ein Teil so schnell wie möglich bearbeitet werden kann.
