With the 2.5D waterjet cutting system, the cutting heads can be swiveled synchronously by 60 degrees.
Using this system, we can basically process all materials with dimensions of up to 4,000 mm x 2,000 mm.

Using this system, we can basically process all materials with a minimum diameter of 180mm up to a maximum of 2500mm and a length of up to 6000mm.

The maximum permissible total weight of a pipe or container is 11 tons.

The system is designed so that dished ends or large, flat parts can also be cut in 3D.

To finish your cutting parts, we are able to grind, brush and deburr using our wide belt grinding system and our combined brushing and grinding system, or, if required, we can also blast them in our sandblasting cabinet.

Our long belt sander with an extensive working range of 4,000 to 2,000 mm offers the best results for the post-processing of workpieces for deburring or adjusting the surface finish.
